There are some cheap hotels in Winnipeg but not all of them have good service and conditions. I would recommend the Balmoral Motor hotel because is has a laundry room, a cofee shop and you have the chance to get a nice tan on the sunbeds they offer. You can find it on 621 Balmoral Street at Notre Dame Avenue or call them at 204/943-1544.
