In a quiet area of Whitehorse located on 101 Main Street, the Edgewater hotel is the place that will serve your needs fully. A room there costs between 80 to 100$ so it is mid-priced just as you asked. It is a downtown area hotel but the services are pretty good. You can call ahead for rezervations at 1-877/484-3334.
