The Ikaluktutiak Hotel Inns North of Victoria Island is a pretty good choice if you're willing to spend a buck. The hotel has 21 clean rooms and one of them will cost you between 125 and 175$ so be prepared to get rid of some cash. Also a meal will cost between 50 and 60$. I don't know the exact adress but you can call at 867/983-2215 for more info.
