Hi to you, too! I am afraid there is not a fast and afforable way to go from Vancouver to Victoria as we speak. A real fast way would be to take the seaplanes operated by private companies from the Vancouver port, but it costs around $200 for a round fare. A round bus fare would be around $50, but it takes 3 hours and a half from Vancouver to Victoria. A good compromise is a plane ride, $100-150 for a round fare, but what you gain in price is lost in the airport hassle. The choice is yours.
