I heard that Victoria has some marvellous views in and around the harbor. Is it possible to rent a boat for a private trip?(give a different answer) .
There is one company called Harbour Rentals on Wharf street, just near the Inner Harbour. They have all kinds or rentals, boats, kayaks and motor boats included. They cost from less that $20 to over $40 an hour and daily rates are also available. But I wouldn't go too far outside the harbour in a rowing boat, it might be dangerous if the weather is windy.
