The Sooke Harbour House, on Whiffen Spit Rd., is a hotel-restaurant with North American traditional cuisine. All rooms, at the cost of 180$, have fireplaces, garden views and two whirlpools on the balcony. They grow some really exotic herbs in those gardens, along with vegetables that are further used in the kitchen. Dinner is about 45$ and I must warn you'll have difficulty in choosing from the 2000 wine sorts. Enjoy!
