As an advantage, I would say it's nice to wake up in the morning and see Lake Massawippi, along with some English gardens, maybe walk along the small lake beaches. Hovey Manor was built by an electricity baron from Atlanta, who used to take refuge here every summer from the Southern heat, bringing ten horses and an army of servants along. You'll see his antique furniture, but the price of 160$/night is a disadvantage for the hotel on Chemin Hovey.
