There is no better view than the one you get from a helicopter. The Niagara Helicopter Rides company is located on 3731 Victoria Avenue and for 100$ per person you can embark on a breath taking ride of twelve minutes over the falls. You can go on a ride from 9am untill sunset according to the weather and the experience is truly great.
