morse's question:
How big is this Niagara waterfall? I've seen pictures, but if anyone saw it, it's better(give a different answer) .
One mile wide, with waters that fall as if from the top of a 20-story building. The noise is also overwhelming, considering there are 42 million gallons falling per minute. In fact, Niagara is divided into three sections: the American falls, which includes the Bridal Veil Falls, and the larger Horseshoe falls, located on the Canadian side. This natural miracle was discovered quite late, in 1678, by a Jesuit missionary that was struck by the noise and followed the source.
