There are many ways of going downtown from the airport, but if you want to stick to the fastest, then you should take a taxi, which is around $30. There is also a shuttle service called Aerobus that leaves the airport every 30 minutes, it costs $12 and you only lose around 10-15 minutes compared to the taxi.
