cristina's question:
Which is the church in Montreal built for the Irish population?(give a different answer) .
In 1847 St Patrick basilique was built for the Irish population. Inside there are huge columns built in Irish style. The Irish Canadian patriot D'Arcy McGee was buried here after his assassination in 1868. His grave is marked with a small flag. The location is 2067 rue de Bleury.
