If you go on 1188 Rue Sherbrooke Ouest (get off at Peel metro station) you will see the Maison Alcan, the place where the famous Alcan concern rests. The house is a melange of carefully restored 19 th and 20 th century buildings, and it's even interesting from an architectural point of view. It integrates the old Berkeley Hotel and four houses.
