My advice is to go to Chez Queux restaurant , on 158 Rue St Paul Est (metro Champ de Mars). The phone number is 886 5194, in case you need to make a reservation. They have an extensive wine list of more than 300 quality wines, and a main course is between 25 - 35 $.
