Beaver Club has great canadian food, but it is quite an exclusive place. The location is 900 Blvd Rene Levesque Ouest and the phone number is 861 3511. You will need a reservation, for sure! This club was founded in 1795 and in the past you had to be invited to eat there. Today you can go without an invitation, but it is still elite, even Bill Gates was there :) Expect to pay around 35 $ per main course.
