In my last visit in Montreal I went to Chez Delmo restaurant, on 211 Rue Notre Dame Ouest. I still have the phone number , it's 849 4061.
I had dinner there 3 times, and I really liked the trout and the lobster. Prices were around 20 -30 $ for a main course.
