You MUST try the Chateau Versailles located on rue Sherbrooke ouest. They have some kind of packages and one of them is romantic package, it includes champagne, breakfast served in bed, chocolate covered strawberries and all that is needed for you and your girlfriend. For a Versaille suite I had to pay about 600 C$ for one night.
I recommend you to book in advance, you can call 514 933 3611. It's just what you need, you'll see.
