Every year I go to the Jazz festival in Montreal, I stay at Aux Portes de la Nuit. It is located on 3469 av Laval, corner of Carré St-Louis and Métro Sherbrooke. A Victorian house with wood floors and private bath and a wonderful breakfast included, all these just for 140 C$.
