On the northern end of the street beyond the George Black ferry on Front Street there is indeed a decent and cheap motel called Whitehouse. It has six cabins with kitchenettes and one of these will cost between 60 to 80$ so it is cheap as far as I know. You can call for more information at 867/993-5576.
