A very good place that fits the description you gave is the McTavish's motel in Clear Lake. A room there costs between 80 to 100$ a night so it is a mid-priced accommodation. It is located in Wasagaming Drive and you can call ahead for more infromation at 1-888-933-6233. They offer propane barbecues, a sauna, large whirlpool, VCR and movie rentals. Enjoy!
