The Eskimo Museum in Churchill

Posted 1 year ago by sheea in response to avatar friendship's question: I want to go visit a museum in Churchill that shows ancient life. Anything like this over there? (give a different answer) .

The Eskimo Museum has a beautifull collection of ancient arts and crafts on display which contain two animal-hide canoes and several stuffed animals as well as Inuit art and also caribou antler pictographs and soapstone statues of great value to the eskimo people. It's located on 242 la Verendrye Avenue and it is open between 1 to 5 pm of from 9am to noon depending on the seazon.
