Driving along the Cabot Trail in Cape Breton island

Posted 1 year ago by avatar jewel in response to avatar elena's question: Tell me a nice driving route to take in Cape Breton island. I walk on foot only from bedroom to bathroom :) (give a different answer) .

We'll I wouldn't take pride in that, but if you say so...There's the Cabot trail, following the Atlantic coast and crossing Cape Breton Highlands National Park. It's a one-day drive, but it's a pity to do it all on the same day, as you'll pass by rustic fishing villages, valleys and mink whales feeding spots. Stop the car and stroll in Pleasant Bay for example, a 350-people fishing community, you don't have anything to lose!
