The best answer would probably be a motel. A nice motel in Brandon si Barney's motel located on 105 Middleton Avenue. A room here will cost between 40 to 60$ a night and you can call ahead for rezervations at 204/725-1540. They also have a nice moto: " for every fly you bring in dead, we'll reduce your bill by 10 cents" :).
